Why I love working at Academic Work? Because I love our style. I love our office-atmosphere, I love the attention and recognition we share with each other, I love our flexibility regarding working hours and remote work.

And that is all due to our core values "beat yeasterday" & "show heart" and "share energy". 

I started as a Consultant Manager in 2019 and can now proudly look back to my AW-history. I won the Rookie of the year award for 2019, was nominated to the Recruiter of the year for 2020 and won the GP of the year for 2020. Since 2021 I´m a teammanager and nowadays I am happy to drive the the whole operations force in our Munich Branch.
