My first experience with Academic Work was actually as a consultant (external co-worker) for our Munich branch. Through this great experience I actually became one of the first clients in Hamburg before joining the AW-Family in 2011. During these exciting years I have been fortunate to gather experiences in different business areas and roles and have contributed our company growth from a start-up to what we are today. 

In my current role as Talent Acquisition Manager, I'm usually the first contact person when you apply to an internal position at Academic Work. My work mainly consists of interviewing and assessing candidates but I am also responsible for making sure that we attract the right candidates though sourcing and marketing cooperation. 

Besides this I work to ensure a high quality recruiting process focused on a great candidate experience, i.e. working to constantly improve our processes and training managers in conducting and assessing competency based interviews.
