I started working at Academic Work in 2021 as an Account Manager. 
From the beginning on, I was inspired by our culture and core values - Beat Yesterday, Share Energy, Show Heart - we do not only claim on paper, but truly live.
During the years, I got the chance to try out different roles in sales, whilst always having a focus on developing my clients and being their trusted partner. 

Now, I am Sales Team Manager for our Hamburg based team and really enjoy working even closer with my colleagues and focusing on my team's development. On top of that I appreciate the work with my own clients, leading to a perfect mix in my daily doing.
