Sales Coach – SalesI started my career at Academic Work January 2012 as an Account Manager in Hamburg. Back then we were a quite small office, and we had all opportunities to grow big. After some time, I applied and got the role as a Sales Team Manager in which I was able to support my Team as well as our Branch within Sales. In 2018 I started my next role as Sales Manager where I supported our Branch Manager in all Sales related topics such as sales development, client growth etc.
Since September 2021 I am working as a Sales Coach on a national level and as an YPAI-specialist for the German market. As a Sales Coach I work with our Introduction and Onboarding Program and I coach our new sales colleagues within their first 12 months at Academic Work. So if you start as an Account Manager I will be one of the first people you meet. As a YPAI-specialist I lead the yearly project of our Young Professional Attraction Index survey. The aim is to understand what young professionals value in an employer. In connection to the survey, I am also responsible for planning our client event around the topic of how to become an attractive employer to our target group.
