I've been with Academic Work since 2015 and started out as a Account Manager. Since then I have worked in many positions and stations. I enjoyed Sales and it is still my great passion to this day to find need at our clients.

In my current role as Head of Academy Business, I am responsible for the Academy Solution in Germany, our recruitment solution from AW Academy. We recruit career changer, train them in different technologies like Java or Salesforce and send them to our clients. It is the most growing business in AW.
